Refund Policy

At Assignment Helper UK, we believe policies should be clear, fair, and easy to follow. This page explains when a refund may be approved, how refund requests are reviewed, and what conditions apply once an order has been placed.

We know most issues can be solved quickly through communication, correction, or revision. Still, there are cases where a refund may be the right outcome. This policy sets those boundaries clearly.

1. How This Policy Works

A refund is not issued automatically simply because a customer is unhappy. Every request is reviewed against the original order details, the work delivered, the communication history, and any supporting evidence.

Where a problem can be corrected fairly, we may offer a revision or another practical solution before approving a refund.

2. Cases Where a Refund May Be Approved

Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or if an incorrect amount was processed because of a payment issue, we will refund the extra amount once the payment is verified.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel your order before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.

No Suitable Expert Available

If we accept payment but cannot assign a suitable expert to your order within a workable time frame, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Late Delivery Caused by Us

If your order is delivered after the agreed deadline because of our delay, and the work is no longer useful for its intended purpose, you may request a refund.

If the work is still usable and you choose to use it, we may consider a partial refund instead of a full one.

Work Does Not Follow the Original Brief

If the delivered work clearly fails to follow the original instructions submitted at the time of order, and the issue cannot be resolved through revision, a full or partial refund may be considered.

This may apply in cases such as:

  • The wrong topic or question was covered
  • Major parts of the brief were missed
  • The requested referencing style was not followed
  • The required structure or word count was ignored in a significant way

Proven Originality or Content Integrity Issues

If you provide credible evidence of serious originality concerns or major content problems, we will investigate the matter carefully. If the issue is confirmed and cannot be corrected in time, a refund may be approved.

3. Revision Before Refund

If your concern relates to quality, formatting, clarity, structure, or alignment with the original instructions, we may ask that the revision process is used first.

A refund request is more likely to be considered seriously when:

  • Your original instructions were clear
  • The issue was raised promptly
  • You explained the problem properly
  • You allowed a reasonable chance to correct it

If the problem is fully resolved through revision, a refund will usually not apply.

4. Partial Refunds

Not every issue leads to a full refund. In some cases, a partial refund is more appropriate.

A partial refund may apply where:

  • The work was delivered late but still had some usable value
  • Only part of the original brief was not met
  • A cancellation request came in after work had already started
  • Part of the order was completed correctly and delivered

The amount refunded will depend on how much of the work was completed properly and how much value remained in the final delivery.

5. Cases Where a Refund Will Usually Not Be Approved

A refund will normally not be granted in the following situations.

Change of Mind After Work Starts

If you no longer want the order after work has already started, a full refund will not usually be available.

New Instructions Added Later

If your complaint is based on requirements that were not included in the original brief, this will not usually qualify as a refund issue. This includes added sources, changed topics, different formatting rules, or extra tasks requested after the order was placed.

Delays Caused by Missing Information

If a delay or issue happened because you:

  • submitted incomplete instructions
  • uploaded the wrong files
  • responded late to important questions
  • changed the brief during the process
  • approved work and later changed direction

then a refund may be declined.

Grade Expectations

We do not guarantee a particular grade, score, rank, or academic outcome. Marking depends on many outside factors, including tutor judgment, institution standards, submission quality, and how the material is used.

For that reason, a lower-than-expected result on its own does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Work Already Used or Submitted

If the delivered work has already been submitted, published, shared, or substantially used, a refund may be refused.

Misuse of the Policy

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that appear dishonest, repetitive, abusive, or unsupported by evidence.

6. Cancellation Terms

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible.

  • If work has not started, a full refund may be available
  • If work has started but not been delivered, a partial refund may be considered
  • If work has already been delivered, the case will be reviewed under this Refund Policy rather than treated as a simple cancellation

7. Time Limit for Refund Requests

To keep reviews fair and manageable, refund requests must be raised within the following time limits:

  • Standard orders: within 14 days of final delivery
  • Large projects or multi-part work: within 30 days of final delivery

Requests made after this period may not be reviewed.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Assignment Helper UK through our official support channels and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Relevant supporting evidence
  • Any screenshots, feedback, or tutor comments if applicable
  • Confirmation of whether you already requested a revision

General statements like “I do not like it” or “this is not good enough” are not enough on their own. Please be specific so the case can be reviewed properly.

9. How Refund Requests Are Reviewed

Each request is assessed individually. We may review:

  • The original instructions
  • The final delivered file
  • The delivery time
  • Revision history
  • Communication records
  • Supporting evidence submitted by you

We may also ask for more information before making a final decision.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once we have all the information needed to review your case, we aim to issue a decision within 2 to 5 working days.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned through the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

11. Rights to Refunded Work

If a refund is issued, Assignment Helper UK reserves the right to treat the refunded work as withdrawn from use.

This means refunded material must not be reused, resold, redistributed, submitted, or treated as active paid work after the refund has been processed.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct support.

If a chargeback is opened while a complaint is already under internal review, we may pause the refund process until the payment dispute is resolved.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or internal process updates. The most recent version published on our website will apply to new orders placed after the update.
